The inside of a temple arm usually shows three numbers: lens width, bridge and temple length — all in millimetres.
The easiest way
Check the numbers on a pair that fits you well and choose models within ±2 mm. Every product page has a size diagram.
Total width
The total frame width should be close to the width of your face: under 132 mm for narrow faces, 132–139 mm for medium and 140 mm or more for wide.
