Returns & exchanges

You can return or exchange an unworn item with its tags and packaging within 14 days of delivery.

• Lenses made to your prescription cannot be returned, but are remade free of charge if there is a manufacturing defect.
• Opened contact lens boxes cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
• Refunds go back to your payment method within 3–10 working days.
